Does God be and if so where is He # 8211 ; where would he be able to be found? I would say this is the request that numerous individuals are asking today. At a similar clasp numerous individuals have gotten to the heart of the matter in their lives where they have genuine vulnerabilities about God # 8211 ; or have just denied His being. Of class many have attempted to # 8220 ; turn out # 8221 ; God # 8217 ; s being with objective explanations. Aquinas, Abelard, Anselm, Pascal, and Paley are a not many that have endeavored this. These assaults are of constrained supportiveness, for however we can approach God with our ground and watch Him in nature, He can non be to the full gotten a handle on as such. All the more altogether, these legitimate # 8220 ; proofs # 8221 ; for God # 8217 ; s being overlook the main issue. What is the point? As far as I can tell, the majority of the individuals who question or deny God # 8217 ; s being, do non make so due to unflinchingly held philosophical solid convictions. They do so as a result of individual setback with God. Moreover, I # 8217 ; m recommending that huge numbers of the individuals who presently see themselves as questioning or denying God for philosophical grounds, got where they are on the grounds that they turned out to be by and by disappointed with God at some point in the days of old. Individual Disappointment with God What kind of close to home frustration? Frustration like unreciprocated petition. Numerous in close to home emergency have shouted out to God in petition. They have shouted to Him for help. In any case, the guide they were searching for did non come. People groups like Frank from the Paralyzed Veterans Association, who called me for a commitment. As we talked he started imparting a portion of his business to me via telephone. At the point when I disclosed to him I would petition God for him, he furiously reacted, # 8220 ; Please wear # 8217 ; t. I # 8217 ; ve abandoned that person. # 8221 ; He had supplicated ordinarily yet neer got the answer he anticipated. As an outcome he presently gravely questions God # 8211 ; His being, His capacity, His adoration. Others have been frustrated or harmed by the individuals who speak to God. Sooner or later in the days of old they were frustrated or harmed by a profound pioneer or part. They were manhandled in some way, conceivably, or given awful promoter, or scorned. They were on the whole correct to envision better conduct from the individuals who speak to God. Such awful mediation vanquished and hurt them ; and it drove them to question or deny God. They contemplated, # 8220 ; If God permits, for example, these to work Him, what kind of God right? Conceivably He doesn # 8217 ; t care by any stretch of the imagination. Perhaps He isn # 8217 ; t genuine. # 8221 ; Still others have been overpowered by the corruption and distress of this universe. For some in this gathering this indecency and misery has contacted them actually and every now and again. Catastrophe has discovered them. Or on the other hand they have been barbarously treated by others. The rest of and hear it surrounding them. Viciousness, abuse, destitution, infection, and shortage. Regular disasters like fire, immersion, air current, and quake. Everything that demean and debase life. These individuals wonder, # 8220 ; How could an all-powerful and all-adoring God permit such things? # 8221 ; They presume that it is questionable that such a God exists. Or then again # 8220 ; If He does, # 8221 ; they state, # 8220 ; I wear # 8217 ; t need to cognize Him. # 8221 ; In rethinking these individual situations, I # 8217 ; m asking cynics and deniers for soul-looking through honestness. I # 8217 ; m asking that they be straightforward and composed regarding why they presently question or deny God # 8217 ; s being. In all examples, the individuals who question or deny God # 8217 ; s being a result of individual disappointment do so in light of the fact that God did non execute blending to their standpoints. In any case, I would ask such individuals ( perhaps you ) : Are you willing to at any rate observe the likelihood that your standpoints of God are or were in botch? You who shouted out in request with no obvious answer. Would it be able to be that God did answer for your great, however non in the way you anticipated? Or on the other hand might it be able to be that the acceptable answer you were searching for didn # 8217 ; t come in light of the fact that there was something different in your life that was non right, that should have been tidied up and changed? Or on the other hand would it be able to be that you are non directly with God and you are searching for favors from Him before you are directly with Him? You who have been disillusioned or harmed by the individuals who speak to God, would you say you were genuinely injured or was it in perceptual experience only? On the off chance that you were really harmed by those stand foring God, they were inaccurate to throb you and I am significantly remorseful that you were harmed. In any case, is it option to question or deny God on the grounds that the individuals who speak to Him substantiate themselves scalawags? Would it be able to non be that God is saddening over this significantly more than you? You who have been moved by the shamelessness and desolation of this universe, you are non totally. We all at some clasp have been. Be that as it may, requests should be replied. Did you pass on this indecency and suffering upon yourself by confused conclusions that you openly made? Provided that this is true, is it option to blame God for this, or to question or deny Him? Regardless of whether the impropriety and distress happened upon you honestly, is it option to question or prevent God in light of the fact that from securing it? Could the insidiousness non hold another reason? Conceivably you state, # 8220 ; How could a caring God permit such unethical behavior? # 8221 ; But is it God # 8217 ; s love that is broken or your worry of it? Most beliefs evenhandedly train that it was mankind that infused underhanded into the request for things that despite everything are shooting it. God did non make or mean malice. We have welcomed it on ourselves. Be that as it may, indeed, it is valid: Supreme being lets the unethical behavior known to mankind to go on. Is it option to reason from this that subsequently God is non god-like or all-adoring? Might it be able to be that He has decided to give His capacity and love in another and considerably more fabulous way? What's more, this God has done ; and He has made this affection and force accessible to all who realize where to look! Increasingly about this underneath. The individuals Who Doubt or Deny God for Philosophical Reasons Presently it other than evident that there are some who do question or deny God # 8217 ; s being a direct result of philosophical grounds. They question or deny God in light of the fact that their perspective does non go forward space for an individual God. Each one of those whose perspective is # 8220 ; shut # 8221 ; fall into this class. By # 8220 ; shut # 8221 ; I mean a perspective that sees the presence as a shut framework, that works orchestrating to perpetual Torahs, permits no outside mediation, and can be seen only by ground and the faculties. Such a perspective does non let for strict presences or anything radiant. Into this class travel naturalists, mainstream humanists, skeptics, nonbelievers, and numerous evolutionists. However I am persuaded there is something different in the perspective of numerous # 8220 ; shut universe # 8221 ; advocates that rules out an individual God. I am recommending that this # 8220 ; something different # 8221 ; is an unquestionably additionally uncovering ground regarding why their perspective doesn # 8217 ; Ts leave space for God. To recognize to the being of an individual God is to recognize that I should answer to Him, that my life is responsible to Him, and that I should obey Him. To recognize that this individual God exists implies that I so should turn over a mind-blowing reins to Him. Numerous individuals by and by decline to concede the being ( or possibly the assurance ) of an individual God since they do non want such answerability, regard, or control! Total individual freedom and opportunity is their basic belief. They will non let anybody or anything to possess this core esteem. It is this reality that attracts numerous individuals to the varying unoriginal # 8220 ; Gods # 8221 ; that by and by exist. America Online late advanced another book by Deepak Chopra, # 8220 ; Seven Spiritual Laws for Parents. # 8221 ; This Random House book is an aftereffect to a previous book, â€Å"Seven Spiritual Laws, † that the essayist claims brought expansive congrats. Thousands reached him to express gratitude toward him. In the two books Chopra talks about â€Å"God† and â€Å"Nature† as all-overrunning and extremely generic Torahs in the presence that request things. The key to life, he asserts, is to cognize these Torahs. Notice that in his framework, â€Å"God† is non an individual being, yet a generic arrangement of Torahs. The ground that 1000s are attracted to a book about an unoriginal # 8220 ; god # 8221 ; is a similar ground that such huge numbers of who question or deny an individual God are attracted to # 8220 ; spiritualty # 8221 ; and # 8220 ; holy messengers. # 8221 ; You wear # 8217 ; Ts need to answer to an indifferent God, or a holy messenger, or to spiritualty. One can benefit from outside intervention by them without considering to be responsible or dutiful to them. Outright close to home freedom is less compromised by an unoriginal God than an individual One. So the existent request is non, # 8220 ; Is the entire impression of God experimentally conceivable or verifiable? # 8221 ; I am suggesting that the existent request for a great many people is, # 8220 ; Am I ready to set aside past frustrations and show signs of improvement of my dismay of losing individual freedom with the goal that I can cognize God? # 8221 ; God is Real # 8211 ; Here is How to Find Him Adored peruser, God is existent and needs you to cognize Him actually. Be that as it may, where do we happen Him? We discover God in Jesus Christ. We can cognize that there is a God, and what god's identity is, on the grounds that the ever-enduring God entered history and presented Himself actually through Jesus Christ. I am God for you. # 8221 ; Jesus is God # 8217 ; s extreme revelation of Himself to mankind. Jesu

Anyone Can Be a Poet with These Four Simple Steps

Anyone Can Be a Poet with These Four Simple Steps Poetry is elusive and standoffish, somewhat like your high school crush was when they didnt know you existed. Thats why most how to guides or blog pieces seem to miss the mark, giving you suggestions but not quite practical steps in the process of writing poems. Its just hard to do.Dan Chiasson, a poet and contributor to the New Yorker who covers up-and-coming new poets, puts it this way: The writing of poetry is notoriously mystified, almost occult in its resistance to rules or step-by-step methods. If youre a poet, the precision, discipline, and tact of painters or photographers seem enviable indeed. The entire process, by being externalized, seems repeatable, unlike the chance encounters of poets with their muses.Despite a seemingly impossible challenge of breaking down the process of writing poetry into simple stepsâ€"steps anyone can takeâ€"its possible to do. In fact, Ill go ahead and write the inflammatory words that will make many published poets annoyed: Everyone can be a po et. Yes, that means even you. The same breathtaking results that happened from great poets throughout history following this process can happen to you.Step 1: Pick an experienceUnless you are an established poet with years of experience writing, the first step to writing a poem should be to pick an important experience. The experience should be something that was significant in your lifeâ€"a great loss, a moment with someone you love(d), an awe-inspiring natural event. These are the types of experiences that will help you write great poetry.Poet and performing artist Leonard Cohen once wrote, Poetry is just the evidence of life. If your life is burning well, poetry is just the ash. This is his (very poetic) way of saying that life experiences are what make poetry what it is, and that any great poet must first have great life experiences before the poetry itself can be written. This is the reason that the experience you pick should be an amazing one. Do you have one in mind? Good…no w on to step two.Step 2: Brainstorm your sensory memory surrounding the experienceTo complete step two, youll need a piece of scratch paper. On that paper, go ahead and write down five categories of senses: Sight, smell, taste, touch, sound. Then close your eyes and take a minute to recall the experience in your mind. Keep your eyes closed for as long as it takes to put yourself back in the moment and remember details. What were you wearing? Was there music playing? Were you inside or outside? What sensations do you remember feeling on your skin? What colors do you remember from the environment? When these details come to mind, start writing them down with as many descriptive adjectives as you can remember. Your list might look something like this:Sight: copper penny, red dress, penny whirling in circles, blue sugarSmell: cotton candy, grease from funnel cake stand, sweatTaste: sugary sweet cotton candy, bitterness of copper penny against lips, taste of blue sugar on his lipsTouch: c ool penny against lips, his arms around my shouldersSound: people screaming on nearby rides, thunder of metal wheels rolling on tracksIts important that you dont rush through this step and maybe even return to it often during the writing process if you get stuck at later steps. Its also important to include as many details as you can. The above list is just an example and not complete. For those of you more accustomed to academic writing, consider this brainstorming session to be a kind of unstructured outline for your poem. The more details you include in the outline, the easier it will be to write the first draft.Step 3: Start finding metaphors (and/or similes)Remember back in elementary school when you were introduced to the concept of poetry? Metaphors and similes were introduced around the same time because if there is one literary device that is the absolute, unchanging foundation of poetryâ€"it is metaphor. As a quick review, a metaphor is a figure of speech in which a word or phrase literally denoting one kind of object or idea is used in place of another to suggest a likeness or analogy between them (as in drowning in money).Similarly, a simile is a figure of speech comparing two unlike things that is often introduced by like or as (as in cheeks like roses). So now lets go back to the list you made in step two. Look at some of the clauses you wrote down and start to brainstorm metaphors for them. For example, in my list, I wrote, His arms around my shoulders. To turn this into a metaphor, I might write, His arms around my shoulders are a pythons squeeze. To turn it into a simile, I might write, His arms around my shoulders are like a snakes coil.See how thats done? Nowâ€"you try it. Go through your list of sensory memories and change as many as you can into a metaphor or simile. When you are finished with this exercise, move on to step four.Step 4: Find musicality in the metaphorsWhile the heading might make this step seem complicated, it really isnt, s o lets break it down. Musicality in this context means the quality or state of being musical : melodiousness. How is language musical you might ask? There are several ways language can have musicality, which in the jargon of the literati, just means it is pleasing to the ear. Rhyme is one way. Assonance and alliteration are others. Science has long studied the effects of repeating patterns on the brain and why the brain is programmed to enjoy it, but what it boils down to this: Find patterns in the sound of your words.Do some of your descriptive clauses repeat a consonant at the beginning of the word? Thats alliteration. Do you see repeating vowels in the words you wrote down? Thats assonance. Is there a rhyme somewhere in what you wrote or can you make a rhyme as you put the words together in stanzas (paragraphs of poems)?Speaking of rhymeâ€"one of the most widely misunderstood traits of poetry is that there must be rhyme. This is simply untrue. In fact, a lot of modern published po ets dont use rhyme at all, but rather choose other ways of bringing musicality into the language (such as alliteration, meter, cadence, etc.).You also dont have to use end rhyme (rhyming at the end of the lines) to use rhyme in poetry. There are other types of rhyme, such as internal rhyme and eye rhymeâ€"all of which are explained in this Poetry Foundation glossary on rhyme. The resultLets look at the results of this process. Jenny Xie is an up-and-coming poet who was just awarded the 2017 Walt Whitman Award of the Academy of American Poets for her first collection, Eye Level. As you read through the poem Naturalization, notice where she uses musicality through alliteration (e.g., snacks for snakes), and the senses (what she sees, hears, etc.).NaturalizationBy Jenny XieHis tongue shorn, father confusessnacks for snakes, kitchen for chicken. It is 1992. I do this. The years are slow to pass, heavy-footed.Because the visits are frequent, we memorizeshames numbing stench. I nurse nosebleeds, run up and down stairways, chew the wind.Such were the times. Conflict in Russian Literature - Literature Essay Samples

The concept of the â€Å"superfluous man† began appearing in Russian literature in the 19th century. It refers to a man who often has superior intellect, leading him to feel misunderstood and victimized in a society that does not give him the opportunity to fulfill his capabilities. These men are superfluous because they are extra people in society, ones who cannot find their place and instead withdraw into themselves. Scholars speculate that authors’ wrote about the superfluous man to represent the struggle between Russia’s progressive thinkers and their oppressive government. While this may be true, the superfluous man has key characteristics that are meaningful to analyze in order to understand his character type. Lermontov’s A Hero of Our Time, Tolstoy’s The Death of Ivan Ilych, and Turgenev’s Fathers and Children are novels about superfluous men named Pechorin, Ivan, and Bazarov, respectively, who all experience conflict in their love li ves. The source of this conflict, whether it’s their lack of fulfillment, lust for power, frustration with being misunderstood, or repressed passion, sheds light onto the inner turmoil that characterizes superfluous men. Lack of fulfillment is characteristic of the superfluous man; he has many ambitions that are crushed by society and can’t fulfill his potential. Pechorin’s relationship with Princess Mary is conflicted because of the unsatisfied feeling he constantly has. Pechorin pursues the princess but begins to withdraw when he wins her love because she does not fulfill him. Speculating upon this in his journal, Pechorin writes: â€Å"I’m no longer capable of losing my head in love. Ambition has been crushed in me by circumstances†¦Ã¢â‚¬ [1] When he says that he can’t lose his head in love, he means that he does not gain fulfillment from his love relationships. The reason for this is Pechorin blames society for his feelings of disappointment, and he projects this disappointment onto those around him. If everyone around him is disappointing and mediocre, he will ultimately see any women in this way, no matter who she is. In a conversation with his friend, Grushni tsky, he says: â€Å"The princess, I fancy, is one of those women who want to be amused, and two dull minutes with you finish you for good.†[2] He generalizes that she is the same as all other women, just another common product of society, and uses his intellect and insight on human nature to manipulate her. So why, then, does Pechorin pursue Princess Mary? He writes in his journal that he yearns for power over others: â€Å"to inspire in others love, devotion, fear – isn’t that the first symptom and the supreme triumph of power?†[3] This yearning for power is characteristic of the superfluous man because it is a reaction to feeling unfulfilled. By nature, when one feels a void they try to fill it with something. In the context of imperial Russia, power is the greatest thing a man can have. The superfluous man then inexhaustibly chases after power, believing that it will fill his void. Since power can only fulfill a person temporarily, the superfluous man’s craving for it is insatiable; he becomes power hungry. Power for these men can come from many sources, such as acceptance in society through a high ranking job, or the love and acceptance of a woman, as in Lermontov’s case. Lermontov recognized that this type of power is only an illusion, describing it as â€Å"food to sustain [his] spiritual powers.†[4] Tolstoy’s superfluous man, Ivan Ilych, is comparable to Pechorin. Ivan Ilych’s relationship with his wife, Praskovya, suffers because his inner conflicts spill manifest themselves in it. Just as Pechorin yearns for power, society shapes Ivan to yearn for it too. Instead of looking for power over a woman, Ivan strives to rise up in society’s rankings because he believes that this will make him fulfilled. His main problems arise when his â€Å"official duties†, as he calls them, are no longer just in his work but also in maintaining his marriage and family. After a year of marriage, Ivan realized that â€Å"[marriage] is in fact a very intricate and difficult affair toward which in order to perform one’s duty, that is, to lead a decorous life approved of by society, one must adopt a definite attitude just as toward one’s official duties.†[5] When Ivan’s duties, his work and his marriage, are going considerably well, Ivan is satisf ied. It is when he becomes sick and is no longer able to perform them that he fully takes on the psychological state of the superfluous man. Ivan feels victimized by society because of the nature of his sickness; an accident where he fell and bumped his side cost him his life. His opportunities to fulfill his role as a member of the court of law are then taken away from him, and he becomes disillusioned with society. Since his work and marriage duties are intertwined, Ivan simultaneously becomes disillusioned with his wife. While lying sick in bed, he heard his wife and daughter singing in another room and exclaimed, â€Å"It’s all the same to them, but they will die too! Fools! I first, and they later, but it will be the same for them. And now they are merry†¦the beasts!†[6] Hearing them enjoy life alienates Ivan because he can only see life as unfair and unsympathetic. His wife takes on these qualities as well when she does not bother understanding the full capa city of his sickness and exacts blame onto him for not getting better.[7] As he gets closer to dying, Ivan progresses further into the superfluous type. He begins to question the decisions he made in his life: â€Å"it occurred to him†¦those scarcely noticeable impulses that he had immediately suppressed, might have been the real thing, and all the rest false. And his professional duties and the whole arrangement of his life and of his family, and all his social and official interests, might all have been false.†[8] Ivan is wondering if getting married and all his other duties are just constructs of society, but not how life should really be lived. It is clear from Ivan and Pechorin’s introspection that the superfluous man is very self-aware. In Turgenev’s Fathers and Children, Bazarov’s relationship with Anna Odinsteva reveals the mindset of a superfluous man who has rejected society and isolated himself by choice. Bazarov is a nihilist and a man of science, so he rejects all romantic ideals and even reduces emotions to nervous system interactions. His hardened emotions and strict scientific outlook make him an outlier in society, and he chooses to isolate himself so that he can live in harmony with his ideologies. This conscious isolation effort exhibits itself in his relationship with Anna. When talking to Anna, â€Å"he expressed even more strongly than before his careless contempt of everything romantic; but when left alone he acknowledged with indignation the romantic in himself.†[9] Bazarov is experiencing cognitive dissonance; his mind is telling him he believes in science, but his passion for Anna is overwhelming any logical thought. A romantic relationship would contradict his nihilist belie fs, so he struggles to suppress passions that rise within him. While Bazarov does eventually give in to his passions, he is rejected and then brushes it off as a misunderstanding. This is another attempt to suppress a true inner feeling, but this time even Bazarov knows he is fooling himself. His relationship with Anna causes him to confront society head on, and for the superfluous man that often does not end well. In conclusion, the characters Pechorin, Ivan, and Bazarov all show exemplary characteristics of the superfluous man in Russian literature. The relationships they manage with women allow us to clearly see these characteristics manifest themselves. The superfluous man struggles with feelings of dissatisfaction, a yearning for something more in life. In addition to this, he will seek power to fill a void created by that dissatisfaction, and often become frustrated when he is misunderstood. In order to try to avoid this frustration, the superfluous man may suppress his feelings altogether. The relationships the superfluous man upholds make it clear that he is an individual at odds with the rest of the world. Works Cited Lermontov, Mikhail Yuryevich. A Hero of Our Time. Trans. I. P. Fainting Goat Facts

The fainting goat is a breed of domestic goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) that stiffens when startled. Although the goat may fall over and appear to faint, it remains fully conscious in a state of myotonia. Since it doesnt actually faint, the animal is properly known as the myotonic goat. Fainting goats have a hereditary disorder called myotonia congenita. Although the goat freezes when panicked, it suffers no harm and leads a normal, healthy life. Fast Facts: Fainting Goat Scientific Name: Capra aegagrus hircusCommon Names: Fainting goat, myotonic goat, falling goat, Tennessee goat, stiff-legged goatBasic Animal Group: MammalSize: 17-25 inches tallWeight: 60-174 poundsLifespan: 15-18 yearsDiet: HerbivoreHabitat: Originally from Tennessee, USAPopulation: 10,000Conservation Status: Not Evaluated Description Fainting goats are a breed of small meat goats (heavily muscled). A typical adult ranges from 17 to 25 inches tall and weighs between 60 and 174 pounds. The breed has distinctive prominent eyes set in high sockets. While the most common fainting goat coat color is black and white, the breed occurs in most color combinations. Either long or short hair is possible, but there is no angora strain of fainting goat. Fainting goats come in a variety of colors and coat lengths. passion4nature / Getty Images Why Fainting Goats Faint All fainting goats have an inherited muscle condition called myotonia congenita or Thomsens disease. The disorder is caused by a missense mutation of the CLCN1 gene that reduces chloride ion conductance in the chloride channels of muscle fibers. When the animal is startled its muscles tense up and dont immediately relax, causing the goat to fall down. Specifically, startling the goat causes its eyes and ears to send an electrical signal to the brain initiating the fight or flight response. When the response is initiated, the brain determines whether to stay or flee and the voluntary muscles momentarily tense. In myotonic goats, the balance between positively charged sodium ions and negatively charged chloride ions is out of balance, so muscles have enough sodium to relax, but not enough chloride. It can take 5 to 20 seconds for the ion balance to resolve and the muscles to relax. The severity of the condition varies according to individual, age, water availability, and taurine supplementation. Younger goats stiffen and fall more often than older goats, in part because mature individuals have adapted to the condition and are less easily startled. Based on understanding of myotonia congenita in humans, its known that the condition is painless and has no effect on the individuals muscle tone, consciousness, or life expectancy. Young kids are more susceptible to fainting than older adults. Redleg / Wikimedia Commons Habitat and Distribution Fainting goats were brought to Marshall County, Tennessee, in the 1880s. Today, they are kept throughout the world, although they remain most numerous in the United States. Diet and Behavior Like other goats, fainting goats are herbivores that feed on vines, shrubs, trees, and some broad leaf plants. While goats taste most objects to gain information about them, they dont actually eat everything. Nightshade plants and moldy feed may be deadly to fainting goats. Like other goats, this breed is naturally inquisitive. They are intelligent and can solve simple puzzles. Goat are social animals, but they will form herds with animals of other species, such as sheep, and can form close bonds with humans. Reproduction and Offspring Goats reach sexual maturity between the ages of 3 and 15 months, ideally when they have reached 70% of their adult weight. Females (does) come into estrus every 21 days and indicate willingness to mate by vigorous tail wagging. Males (bucks) curl their upper lips (flehmen response) and urinate on their forelegs and face to increase their odor. Gestation lasts around 150 days, usually resulting in twin births. Does start milk production when they give birth or kid. Domestic goats typically live 15 to 18 years. Conservation Status Because fainting goats are domestic, the IUCN has not evaluated the breed to assign a conservation status. However, the Livestock Conservancy lists it as threatened. According to the International Fainting Goat Association, there are around 10,000 fainting goats in the world. Fainting Goats and Humans Because of their rarity, fainting goats typically arent raised for meat. The animals are usually kept as pets or show animals. Fainting goats are easier to care for than most other breeds because they are smaller, have a friendly disposition, and dont jump fences over 1.6 feet (0.5 meters) high. Sources Beck, C. Analysis Of Strangers Within - 940 Words

The word ‘xenophobia’ has originated from the Greek terms ‘xenos’ means foreign and ‘phobos’ means fear, which basically means a fear of foreign, foreigners . According to the Webster’s Dictionary the term is described as, â€Å"the fear and hatred of strangers and foreigners or of anything that is strange or foreign†. Contact with foreigners from outside and strangers within has accelerated with the advent of the modern age, and also a substantial composition developed in Europe addresses this realism. In case of ‘strangers within’, the most typical example was the Jews on mainly Christian continent. From an early point in era, scholarly people were splitted between those who promoted tolerance and those who clinged to anti-Semitic views. Anti-Semitism had old and deep roots in Catholicism, and for that reason there was a marvelous constancy between Protestantism and Catholicism. Furthermore, many experts consider Luther s unseemly rule against the Jews, after it became obvious that they did not agree to convert to Christianity. The Jews he hated were forced to live in separate part of a city especially a slum areas, which concludes that they were physically close but socially remote. Stated that the jewish religion constitutes the formative roots of Christianity, it would definitel y be logical to make an assumption that they would not be distinguished as the stranger within, but apparently this was the prime feeling and thoughts among both intellectuals and ordinaryShow MoreRelatedGeorge Simmel s The Stranger 992 Words   |  4 Pages George Simmel’s, ‘The Stranger’ and W.E.B. Physician Assisted Suicide Should Be Legal - 2366 Words

Physician-assisted suicide is an extremely controversial issue. Physician-assisted suicide is when a physician assists a terminally ill patient in ending their life by providing the patient with both the information and medicine necessary for them to carry out the task themselves (Ebrahimi 2012). On October 27, 1997 Oregon passed the Death with Dignity Law, permitting terminally ill state residents to end their lives by giving themselves a lethal dose of medicine prescribed by their doctor (Oregon.gov). There are people who believe that the Death with Dignity Law should be implemented across the nation because it gives people who are already dying from a disease a chance to end their life with dignity, while others believe that doctors†¦show more content†¦Their personal beliefs should not be forced onto those who are terminally ill. Their personal views and beliefs should not be a factor in the decision these people choose to make. Doctor Hunnell discusses how medical journ als are beginning to support physician-assisted suicide to a greater degree (2012). While there are many doctors who are in favor of physician-assisted suicide, there are still those who believe it goes against a doctor’s ethical duty. The Death with Dignity Act, which was accepted by Oregon in 1977 has allowed 1,173 people to receive prescriptions and 752 people have used them to die from physician assistance (Egan 2015). These numbers are very important to consider. Allowing people to simply have the option to use the medicine to end their life, having it at their dispense, gives the patients the feeling that they have some control, and aren’t so helpless. These patients often feel like they have no control over their life anymore. The sickness is slowly killing them, and the option of physician-assisted suicide allows them to have control of one significant part of their life. Physician-assisted suicide appears to be the best form of euthanasia. When passive euthana sia is used, the patient may suffer for days before their body shuts down, which defeats the purpose of a pain free death. With active euthanasia, the doctor is essentially responsible for killing the patient, which is not necessarily morally correct.

Confrontation Free Essays

Confrontation Life can be hard sometimes when it comes to dealing with other people’s thoughts and feelings. Most people â€Å"walk on eggshells† around others Just to make sure no feelings are hurt. But, in the long run we are only hurting each other by not opening up and discussing the situation and a solution. We will write a custom essay sample on Confrontation or any similar topic only for you Order Now To be open and truthful to anyone or any situation is a good trait characteristic for any person to have in life. My first person that I knew was my number one to confront is a boy by the name of Colon, also known as my ex-fiance. We were dating for about 3 years and engaged for a year until about in the end of December 2013 1 realized that I did not want to marry him or anybody for that matter. I honestly deep down never wanted to marry him and still cannot tell you why it ended up lasting that long. I wouldn’t say that it was a bad breakup either. He understood and was accepting, I thought. Until, on my first date with someone else he stalked me and followed us around. After that point on he became obsessive at belittling and slandering my name all over social media sites. I asked Colon if we could maybe meet up for coffee one afternoon, to which he easily agreed. Upon meeting him, I felt no awkwardness or feelings whatsoever. After the standard small talk I got down to business. I used my I-statement, saying, â€Å"Colon, I feel a little hurt and almost betrayed because on the one hand you said that there were no hard feelings and you understood why we couldn’t be together. You seemed to want to be friends still and were acting very cool. Then on the other hand I saw that you were posting some very rude and untrue things about me on faceable and Witter. Why is that? † Colon kind of nodded and stated that he was the one who felt betrayed on how quickly I moved on with other men (which I regretfully told him). He also said how he felt that our relationship meant more to him than me, that is why it affected him and I was an â€Å"emotionless robot†. Which I can agree on were all true statements. He said that twitter and faceable were like his personal diary where he can vent all of his feelings. I did apologize on that I did move on very quickly but I couldn’t help to feeling nothing for him so what was the point to sulk around? He seemed to be doing pretty fine though which he agreed saying there is nothing left to hold on to so what’s the point? I politely asked Colon if he would stop saying such things about me on these sites where everyone can see it. That to some people who saw and believe in such nonsense would look at me different. He agreed and apologized saying that he did regret putting most of the comments on there and that it was childish. After that we talked like normal about how life was going and what we have been up to. I have not yet seen any other comments about me! It was tough to Indo a second person to confront because I didn’t feel the need to talk to anybody about anything that was bothering me. There was one random person that I could think of that has recently come into my life. I work at Mckay Dee Hospital as a phlebotomy’s and there is a very cute nurse there named Ryan. We have been talking lately, hanging out, and going on dates. Well, then a coworker told me a little rumor that Ryan happened to be married. I realized then that yes, that is something that really needs to have a confrontation. One day Ryan and I hung out and went for a elk around the local duck pond. We were actually discussing this paper and how I need to find someone else to confront. â€Å"Confront me! † he exclaimed. â€Å"Alright, I am a little worried because I feel like you are not being completely honest with me. You act very flirtatious to me and yet I heard that you happen to actually be married. † Ryan paused for about a second and Just replied with a miss, I am. † I asked if he was happily married then which he replied with a no. We then discussed to why he was in such an unhappy marriage which sounded like result from getting married too young. It did feel really good to get that off of my chest and find out the real reasons as to why he was talking to me and know that he wasn’t a cold-hearted son of a pitch. Even though it is not completely innocent situation I know that there are reasons why he is doing this, which made me feel a little better. For the third person we had to choose somebody from our group. I couldn’t Just pick one person. I felt like I needed a whole group discussion for this. Now, I am not saying that groups don’t ever have problems. I feel as though our group does not give an astonishing effort for much at all. We all come to class and then go about our busy lives. That is why we don’t have to many problems because none of us seem to care. I told our group that I feel we all are pretty busy, which is a shame, that we never get together and discuss topics of class. I feel as if we come to class, say a couple of words to each other, say our goodbyes when class is done, then repeat until next class time. They all seemed to agree that maybe it’s time to start getting together especially since our group project and final group paper will be coming up shortly. Since then we have done our group revere project which I can honestly say was the most fun I have had in a little while. Our group became very close that day as we all Joked around and got to know one another. There are many tools for communication. Many people don’t even know they use in their daily life. These tools help many to understand each other in an effective way. Some of these tools include perception checking, which is the process of clarifying a nonverbal cue that was received by stating what behavior was observed, giving interpretations and asking the message sender for clarification of nonverbal u. I see this one as a very major useful tool in communication. More people need to learn that this tool can help all different kind of situations. Most rash and not to smart decision are based upon not understanding non-verbal cues or taking them in the wrong way. People Judge others based off non-verbal behaviors, but don’t take the time to look into what they are really thinking. I didn’t have to use much perception checking on Colon because all of his cues were not non-verbal, but actual thoughts posted all over the internet. That made it easy to know how he really felt, which I had to directly confront. Another communication tool is self-disclosure, which is the act of revealing more about oneself to others which includes thoughts, feelings, goals, fears, and dreams. This one is also very important for growing healthy relationship. To really show somebody you care use self-disclosure. This opens up oneself to others so they can get to know the real you and become much closer in similarities. Whether truthfulness is a good trait or not, it is easier said then done. Most, like me, have fear of confrontation because of the thought of something said to e taken wrong or offend someone. But, I have learned that if you approach it in a certain way (especially with I-statements) and have a positive caring attitude, it eases the tension of any situation. I have realized that talking and being open to people solves more problems than cause any. I can honestly say that I feel a lot better and it has improved my life to have discuss these issue with these people. I have never been one of self-disclosure but, my ways are starting to change in light of this new concept, which I believe is going to be one of the most important tools I can have in life. Memory Essay Thesis Example For Students

Memory Essay Thesis Question 4: There are many techniques which have been developed to increase the efficiency of memory . Select 3 techniques , discuss them in detail and present examples of when they can be used.In the world today it is a must to be able to remember things. Memory is a big part in everyones life. Their is hardly a day that goes by when you do not have to remember something. If someone doesnt have a great memory it could cause somewhat of a down fall in their professional life. In this paper I will discuss three different memorization habits and how they can be contributed to ones everyday lifestyle. One of many ways that help people memorize things is in a verbal sense called Rhymes. Rhyming is an easy way for someone to memorize certain things. This method is most common with children in school. Many people that grow up still remember these little detailed Rhymes that help them get threw school. Rhymes are nothing other than little sayings which sometimes make no sense , but when repeated in your mind it helps your recall what is need to know . The Rhyme that I remember best was used in math class ? I ate and ate until I was sick on the floor eight times eight equals sixty-four ? that saying is really kind of ridiculous , but I always new what eight times eight was . There are so many sayings out there and everyone of them will help anyone memorize. Rhymes have been and always will have a big impact on helping people in memorization. Another strategy to help on to memorize things is called Acrostics. Acrostics is nothing more than a saying in which the first letter of each word of the saying is the cue to help recall information you need to know . This method is very similar to the method of Rhyming , but you only use the one letter from each word to represent the cue for your needed information. One of the Acrostic phrases that many people were taught for learning notes in music class was ? Every good boy does fine ? . This saying helps people remember notes E, G, B, D, and F , which are five main chords, in order , used in music. Acrostic is not used as much as Rhyme; however, though they are very similar in style. Many people use this method , but really have no idea what it is called nor really care as long as it works , and it does . All people tend to do things the easy way , and their is nothing wrong with that as long as it works . There are certain methods for everything and it always helps to have some help when needed. The third method that will be discussed is the method of Loci. The method of Loci involves taking an imaginary walk along a familiar path where images of items to be remembered are associated with certain locations . The first step is to commit to memory a series of loci, or places along a path. Usually these loci are specific locations in your home or neighborhood. Then envision each thing you want to remember in one of these locations. Try to form vivid images . When you need to remember the things , imagine yourself on your path , which should serve as cues for the retrieval of the images you have formed ( Wayne Weiten, 2000 ). The usefulness of Loci helps assure yourself of remembering items in a certain order and the order is determined by the location sequence along the certain path. In this paper I have discussed and gave examples for three different ways to improve ones memory. There are many other methods in to help with memorization ;however , I believe these are the three most common used help methods. Each method has its own direct way in helping one to memorize something for long periods of time. .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .postImageUrl , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:hover , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:visited , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:active { border:0!important; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:active , .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035 .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u8e63e9b77d03bae43b2fdc898a30d035:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: The Sun and The Moon script Essay Memorizing is a everyday thing that is nearly necessary for everyday life. People have methods for doing everything and just because you do something one way doesnt make that the only right way. Most methods are not tought ,some are just distinguish to what is available. No one can remember everything , but with a little help it makes it somewhat easier to try. Some methods are learned from experience . Experience helps the person know what they are doing and then one can do the same task in a certain way which is easier to them . Everyone forgets things every now and again no matter who you are. People usually forget things when something else is on there mind , but their is something for everything to help us memorize what it is we need to do.

Microsoft Essays (892 words) - AOL, Netscape, Web Browser, Microsoft

Microsoft This paper will show my opinion of Microsoft being branded a monopoly. I feel this example shows supply and demand in addition to monopolistic competition. This entire ordeal is over a free browser that Microsoft includes with windows for free and gives out on the internet for free just as Netscape and most other browser companies do. The government feels that Microsoft is creating a demand purely for their products by forcing its browser on suppliers and controlling prices. I have yet to see where Microsoft is charging extraordinary prices for any of these free programs nor do I see how Netscape, in using the governments definition, a monopoly itself, is being forced out of business by Microsoft's free browser. Remember: the charge is against including Internet Explorer with Windows, not the Windows monopoly itself. It is much better to have one operating system than 20 or even 2. Software compatibility, technical support, and setup are much more simplified with one operating system . Programs today are specifically designed to be Windows compatible. Would you rather have 20 (local) phone companies, each with a different line and number running into your house or one, as is the case now? Internet Explorer brings browser competition to a market that is essentially monopolistic itself. Internet Explorer gives Netscape a competitive product where before virtually none existed. The purpose of antitrust laws is to prevent only harmful monopoly. Microsoft's operating system near monopoly is harmful in very few ways. Nor is Intel's chip near monopoly harmful, nor is Netscape's browser near monopoly. Other reasons easily explain how Microsoft came about to its size and how new companies constantly spring up in the computer industry. Computer software is a very volatile industry. To succeed in this industry all you basically need is a good program and a way to offer it for sale. All they have to do is make a program and copy it on a disk. Since making an extra disk cont aining the program costs all of 2 cents, it is more costly for the software company to print the box and manuals, than it is to make one extra disk. But it does cost Microsoft to develop a new program. No matter how cheap a disk is, capital investment such as salaries, factories, storage, and programmers always exist. Even though development costs are sunk and additional production costs are nonexistent, other costs are incurred. Besides, supply and demand determines where a price will fall. Another thing about the computer market is its ever-changing program market. For all we know, anyone literate in programming may develop a better program than Windows. If consumers like it, we may soon find another browser monopolist. For reasons similar to this, computer industry leaders have vastly changed in just a few years. At times Apple, IBM, Intel, Netscape, AT&T and even Commodore, have or had large, sometimes monopolist-like markets. Characteristics of monopolies that cause trouble are (1) restriction of output, (2) higher prices along with this restriction, (3) restriction of entry to a particular market and, in a few cases, (4) lack of innovation due to lack of competition. Not a single one of these problems is experience with Microsoft. These problems are only drastic when an item is in a secluded market with no close substitutes. Computers are definitely not necessities and there are few barriers to entry in the computer market (the only noticeable being computer literacy). Microsoft certainly does not restrict output and hold prices at extreme levels. If they did, nobody would buy Windows 95 or 98 when it came out. There is no reason to buy an upgrade except that people are looking for something new or something bigger and better. New versions of Windows do not sell because consumers aren't forced to buy them. They sell because consumers want them. Many of Microsoft's major products are included with Windows. Giving products away at no monetary cost is certa inly not restricting output. Netscape had an almost full monopoly (90%) and still has a semi-monopoly at 65-70% of the browser market. So what they are worried about? They use the same methods of distribution of their software by offering it for free and having

Lanthanum Facts - La Element Facts

Lanthanum Facts - La Element Facts Lanthanum is element number 57 with element symbol La. It is a soft, silver-colored, ductile metal known as the starting element for the lanthanide series. It is a rare earth element that usually displays the oxidation number of 3. While lanthanum serves no known biological role in humans and other animals, it is an essential element for some types of bacteria. Here is a collection of La element facts, along with the atomic data for lanthanum. Fast Facts: Lanthanum Element Name: LanthanumElement Symbol: LaAtomic Number: 57Appearance: Silvery white solid metalAtomic Weight: 138.905Group: Group 3Period: Period 6Block: d-block or f-blockElectron Configuration: [Xe] 5d1  6s2 Interesting Lanthanum Facts Lanthanum is a metal so soft it can be cut with a butter knife. It is highly malleable and ductile. Although the freshly cut metal is bright silver, it rapidly oxidizes or tarnishes in air.Lanthanum was discovered by Carl Mosander in 1839 in the mineral cerite. Mosander was a student of Swedish chemist Berzelius, who had discovered cerium in cerite in 1803. Mosander had suspected ceria contained more rare earth elements besides cerium. Axel Erdmann independently discovered lanthanum the same year as Mosander from a Norwegian mineral Erdmann named mosandrite, in honor of Mosander. Pure lanthanum metal was not produced until 1923 by H. Kremers and R. Stevens.Berzelius suggested the named Lanthana for the new element, which comes from the Greek word lanthano, meaning to be hidden.Natural lanthanum is a mixture of two isotopes. La-139 is stable, while La-138 is radioactive. At least 38 isotopes of the element have been produced.  Lanthanum is one of the most reactive of the rare earth elements. Its uses are somewhat limited by how readily it oxidizes. It is the strongest base of there found in hybrid cars. About 10 kg of lanthanum are needed to make one Toyota Prius ba  trivalent lanthanides. Lanthanum is used in nickel-metal hydride batteries, which attery! Lanthanum compounds may be added to pool produces to lower levels of phosphates, reducing algae growth. Lanthanum is also used as a petroleum cracking catalyst, as a steel additive, to make nodular cast iron, to make infrared absorbing glass and night vision goggles, and to make high-end camera and telescope lenses. Lanthanum oxide has a low dispersion and high refractive index.Lanthanum has no known function in human or animal nutrition. Because it is so reactive, it is considered moderately toxic. Lanthanum carbonate is used to reduce blood phosphate levels in patients with kidney disease.Like most rare earth, lanthanum is not really all that rare, just hard to isolate. Lanthanum is present at an abundance of about 32 parts per million in the Earths crust. Lanthanum is a soft, ductile silvery metal. Please discuss the following question with philosophy ethics and Essay - 2

Please discuss the following question with philosophy ethics and knowledge - Essay Example The concept of maximum utility notion of utilitarianism involves lack of suffering, economic well-being and pleasure. In justice and fairness, for instance, utilitarianism accounts that the rights of an individual are less important than the good of many people. Therefore, the utilitarian theory is considerate on people’s demands. The state of the world, on the other hand, is what places greater demands on different people. Individual needs are what corrupt utilitarianism. The ill-will nature of individuals is what leads to suffering. If individual’s needs are highly prioritized, then happiness would be achieved, and utilitarianism would demand very little from the people. Peter Singer’s reply is quite convincing when it comes to the roles of utilitarianism in people’s lives. This is because utilitarianism does not distinguish what people do from what they allow to happen. An individual’s innate feelings, self-ago and view of others are what necessitates or results into suffering. If utilitarianism is too demanding as critiques put it, then everyone is morally obligated to suffering which is not the case with utilitarian

Aldemar Hotel and Spa [Operations Management Case Study] Essay

Aldemar Hotel and Spa [Operations Management Case Study] - Essay Example Yield management has become particularly important in the travel and hospitality industry. This is primarily because the resources such as airline tickets and available rooms in a hotel are fixed and cannot be increased or decreased to manage the demand of the consumers at different periods of time (Barnes, 2008). This is also the main reason that yield management is so important for Aldemar. It allows the owner to manage the hotel’s limited resources which includes its rooms in the best possible manner. The managers at Aldemar cannot increase or decrease its room capacity to facilitate the demand of the customers. When there is increased demand of the rooms during holiday season, the management risks losing its important and loyal customers when the rooms are already booked and they cannot overbook due to its long-term impact of the customers’ perception and the hotel’s reputation. Similarly during low demand of the rooms, Aldemar faces issues of decreased reven ues and increased costs as rooms require maintenance and the organization has to pay for its overhead costs that remain more and less constant during all seasons. With the help of yield management, Aldemar can hope to move certain customers during the off-season thus keeping room occupancies more or less constant. What other approaches to capacity management could Aldemar use? There are other different approaches to capacity management that Aldemar can benefit from. One of them includes promotion. Aldemar Hotels can use promotion as a mode of attracting consumers during the off-peak season. They can offer rooms at discounted prices or could introduce new features during the off-peak season. They could use their online website to promote such offers. Another approach to capacity management is product development that falls under the category of demand management. Demand management includes managing price, promotion, reservations, and waiting etc. During the off-season, Aldemar Hotels can offer certain services and products that would attract a high number of customers. Aldemar can for example shift the opening and closing times of their hotels to accommodate their guests. They could allow guests to benefit from tour guides for discounted rates during off-peak season. Aldemar could particularly benefit from using its spa for product development. It could introduce new offers or products for consumers during the off-peak season. The third approach is to adjust the changeable resources in line with the demand of the organization. This is known as chase demand that involves sub-contracting, hiring part time labor, multi skilling and participation of the customers. For example, during peaks seasons, Aldemar can hire extra part-time labor to make up for the increased work load. They could add or share their equipment through partnership agreements. Furthermore, Aldemar can delegate extra work during off-season period such as renovations in the hotel rooms. Critically assess Aldemar’s current yield management practices (e.g. the organizational structures, procedures, performance monitoring). Even though yield management has come forward as one of the best approaches for managing capacity for the hospitality industry, many organizations fail to incorporate this management strategy in the best of manner. In this manner, they lose a

The Socio Cultural Analysis Marketing Essay

The Socio Cultural Analysis Marketing Essay Finance/Accounting Human Resource Marketing Department Sales Distribution Relation Management Customer ICT Department Production Operation Research and Development Finance The science that describes the administration, conception and study  of money, banking, credit, investments, assets and liabilities. Finance consists of economic systems, which include the public, private and government seats,  and  the study of finance and financial instruments, which can transmit to numerous assets and liabilities. Some desire to divide finance into three different categories: public finance, company finance and private finance. All three of which would contain many sub-categories. Human Resource Human  resources (HR) is a phrase that is used in business to refer to the people who work for a corporation or association. It also is used to refer to the section of a company that is liable for managing those resources, such as hiring and training new human resources and supervising the benefits and reimbursement packages provided to all of the companys employees.( Deborah  ,2012) Marketing Department The marketing department should act as a channel and lead the companys other departments in developing, producing, satisfying, and servicing goods or services for their customers. Communication is very important. The marketing department normally has a superior understanding of the market and customer requirements, but should not work separately of product development or customer service. Marketing should be concerned, and there should be a meeting of the minds, whenever discussions are held concerning new product development or any customer-related function of the company.( Obringer,2012) Sales Sales department one of the most popular and vital function in every business as sales department is responsible for the sales taking place beside this the department keeps the records of the current levels of sales, the activities of businesss competitors, request of new product from customer and improvement of old product or new design. Distribution A plan formed by the administration of a manufacturing business that specifies how the firm intends to transmit its products to mediators, retailers and end customers. Larger companies involved in making products will typically also put together a detailed production distribution plan to guide it. Relationship management A strategy employed by an organization  in which a continuous level of engagement is maintained between the organization and its audience. Relationship management can be between a business and its customers (customer relationship management) and  between a business and other businesses. Production Operation Any part of the industrial procedure that is treated as a diverse element for the purposes of such plan and organizational considerations as planning, accounting, and control. A production process is characterized by stability in both the labor process and the equipment used by the operator. Distinctions are made between basic technological operations, auxiliary operations, and servicing operations.( SHUKHGALTER, 2010) Research and Development Research and development, often called RD, is a phrase that means different things in different applications. In the world of business, research and development is the phase in a products life that might be considered the products conception. That is, basic science must exist to support the products viability, and if the science is lacking, it must be discovered this is considered the research phase. If the science exists, then turning it into a useful product is the development phase. Further terminology refinements might call it engineering to refine production so that the product can be made for a cost that appeals to consumers.( Harmon,2013) 1.2 International Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. (IMS) Founded in 1993 is the Authorized Distributer of Samsung Mobiles since 2001 in Nepal, They are the pioneers in the nepalese market in terms of mobile phone importers. They may have a direct or indirect interest in the business, and may be in contact with the business on a daily basis, or may just occasionally.( Riley ,2012) Stakeholders are party that has an interest in an enterprise or project. The primary stakeholders in a typical corporation are its investors, employees, customers and suppliers. However, modern theory goes beyond this conventional notion to embrace additional stakeholders such as the community, government and trade associations. It is true that all stakeholders should to be dealt equally but in reality some are important or influential than others so their influence is likely to be greater in the organization. Every stakeholder is to be considered in order to achieve the goal of the company. But, every stakeholder does not have the same influence in the organization. The influence of a stake holders depend upon the type of the company. In the market oriented company, customers are more influential but in service oriented company like hospitals employee are more influential. But here are going to analyze about the most influential stakeholder, there is always a formulae to calculate and conduct analysis about in business and in this case we can calculate using the formulae Influence=Power*Interest. The idea is to establish which stakeholders have the most influence by estimating each stakeholders individual power over and interest in the organizations affairs. The stakeholder with the highest combination of p ower and interest is likely to be those with actual influence over objectives. Power is the stakeholders ability to influence objective (how much they can), while interest is the stakeholders willingness (how much they care) (ACCAGlobal, n.d.). 3.1 Chocolate is the object of our affection.
